I am a frequent shopper at asda and spent a lot of money online as well as in the Enniskillen store, when they changed there "asda entertainment" site they stopped delivering to the rep of Ireland so I could no longer purchase anything online and so have to use their competitors sites ie. play.com etc, with 2 children under 9 , 2 under 18 and another over 18 still living at home, 2 X-boxes, 3 playstations 3s, a wii and numerous Nintendo DS's they have lost out and I feel this issue could be remedied as they did and have delivered to me before the web site change. my monthly average grocery spend is £700 to £750, my average online purchases are between £150 to £200. sort it
I feel like they have the customer in mind as I found out when I had a problem. they dealt with me courteously efficiently and quickly. I would recommend them to anyone
I phoned the dublin branch to ask advice for my son and was very happy with the advice given and with the way I was treated, I was equally impressed with the online service, a simple easy to use site and the delivery service was also excellent.
