I needed a Laptop for work and saw an Acer on sale, I figured for £300 its worth a shot as I only really needed it for basic tasks. Let me tell you this thing is insane! I'm a gamer and at home have a custom pc, this laptop is awesome for games and in general I get anything from 30-150 fps ranging from medium to high settings, never need to switch to low.
Ive never considered Acer a company to buy from but this has changed everything.
For anyone who wants more details here are some
World of Warcraft : High settings Avg FPS - 30 / 90
Diablo 3 : Medium - Avg 60 fps / High - Avg 25
I recently bought the following products, they all worked right away, no issues and worth the money if you can spare it,
Razer Marauder : Starcraft Keyboard (£150)
Razer Onza : Tournament Edition (£40)
Razer Chimera 5.1 Surround Sound Wireless Headset (£200)
Razer Starcraft Mouse (£70)
No issues so far but if anything happens I will ofc update this post.
I alway buy my stuff from these guys, Keyboards, mice, headsets, speakers the lot. wether you want basic, mid range or top end gaming sets they have it all.
Never had any issues with them, never had a faulty product, infact I'm still using some stuff I got from them over 5 years ago.
Cons : None
I ordered a Custom Pc with these guys which turned up fast and was a good price. Everything was fine for around 6 months then the pc would not boot up, sent the pc back to them for repair (I had to pay postage) and they said the front usb was faulty and causing the issue, ive never used the front usb ports so no idea whats going on there.
Apart from that the service was great and they dealt with the issue super quick.
Bad points : Having to pay £25 for return shipping was not nice.
Good Points : excellent pc / Good service / Nice friendly staff.
I proberly would use these guys again, every company charge you for returns these days.
This company is a waste of space, they leave calling cards but dont knock on the door or ring the bell, trying to call someone is not going to happen, its all automated and has limited options, i emailed them asking that they call my mobile to make sure i dont miss the item again, they responded with 'its not our drivers job to call you, make sure you are home'. this is not the first time ive had issues with these guys.
I would ask any company not to use these guys. I ended up paying an extra £12 for a garanteed delivery slot. lets see what happens...
Again, please do not use these guys, I would proberly not order from your company if i know you use DPD as your delivery choice.
Update : 15:42 - 30/5/13
After reading the reply I sent them an email (around 12am) with the shipping reference and my contact number, no contact has been made as yet.
Update : 16:49 - 30/5/13
Just got a call from DPD who appologised and said they are going to send someone with the parcel tonight and will call me when they are outside. Lets see what happens.
Update 19:26 - 30/5/13
Item was delivered later today buy City Link.
Summary : Awfull service, I feel if I had not called and made a complaint things could have been alot worse and who knows when I would have got my Item, But once I started talking to people on the phone they seemed nice enough and got the item to me asap.

Website is simple enough and can't complain with the prices, but the service is rubish, its ment to be instant delivery (email code) but I had to wait around 3 days, I actualy cancelled my oder because the service was so bad, I won't use this site again and have told all my friends to not use it either.
