Poor Communication
The doors are fabulous, really quality solid oak doors. Let down really badly by poor communication, had to wait ages for delivery, I always had to call to push and ask what was happening, not once did I get a call from UK Oak Doors. Everyone knows how hard it is to arrange a delivery with a four hour window, nightmare and they made it all the harder. Eventually booked for a Friday and then got a call to say the van had broken down.....they arranged for delivery the next day, Saturday, which meant another day hanging around. Then a door was missing, only got 5 instead of six so had to wait another week for that. They turned up out with the allocated delivery time at 0845 on a Sunday morning! All in all not a good experience and I wouldn't recommend them.
