Soon after placing the order online on Tuesday I received a call to say that only one of the 2 items were in stock - despite showing in stock on website - I elected to have the order split.
Call received on Wednesday to confirm out of stock but that first part of order would definately be delivered Thursday am. (Holly from customer services).
Nothing received by Thursday midday so called for update. Arranged with Holly for complete order to be delivered on Monday as items would be in stock on Friday.
Received call on Friday to advise that item now in stock and would be delivered Monday. I informed caller of my previous discussion with Holly adn was passed through to Holly who apologised for giving me wrong information.
Arrived home on Saturday am to discover first part of order had been left with a neighbour. Second part was delivered on Monday. So much for next day delivery!
Goods were first class but delivery was appalling.
