Good Company until you have an issue

Clothes are good value for the price but try and contact them and you see a whole new side of them. i have an issue with hermes who will only speak to yours they will not speak to the customer. I had a few points to raise with a manager- they go home at 6 but i could email them. I sent them an email on the 30th May - I decided to chase this up on the 12th June only to get an out of office from the 8th June - NOT EVEN AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEGEMENT for my complaint. I am back on live chat which is understaffed
