I have no complaints with the frames that I ordered. What I did mind was the cost for P&P. I queried this as I thought it was rather high - one third of the total cost of my frames - and was told that it was because they use a courier service. Having been told that I expected the items the next day - oh no, took a week for them to arrive! If I pay for a courier I expect a better service than that!
