My first order went without hitch and the goods arrived within two days. So I placed another order....and waited.....and waited....and waited. Eventually I phoned up to find where my order was. I was told it had got lost in the system, but would be sent out that day, so I waited.....and waited.....after five days I phoned again, only to be told it was out of stock, and had been when I placed the order....Not a very happy Bunny.......
I bought a Samsung computer back in 2010. (it was the biggest mistake I ever made). I have now had three replacement computers and NONE OF THEM HAS EVER WORKED PROPERLY.
The customers service department has to be the worst I have ever encountered. The staff refuse to give their surnames, they are either ill advised in what to do to assist their customers, or down right rude, blaming me for the faulty units that I have had.
I had used Pet Meds in the past and the delivery was, as promised next day. I was looking after a friends dog, who had recently been very ill spending four days in the vets. She had to continue on a diet of Hills L.D diet food. I placed an order first thing in the morning with PeT Meds as they stated they had the food in stock. It didn't arrive the following day. I contaced Pet Meds on various occassions. They gave me a tracking number that was not on the couriers system for another three days!!!!!!!.......The food eventually turned up a WEEK after placing the order.

Sincere apologies that you were not told, at the first point of contact, that the item was out of stock, we will be making investigations to ascertain why events unfolded as they did. It is totally unacceptable for any of our customers to be waiting so long for an item, only to be told it is on its way when in actual fact it is not in stock. Rest-assured we are putting in place mechanisms that will ensure our customers are alerted far sooner to out of stock items.
Finally, please allow me to assure you that no payment was taken for this order, as payment is only taken upon dispatch of items.
