Diet Chef

Second week and already feel lighter

I am just starting my second week of Diet Chef, and I don't feel like I am dieting, so far I have not felt hungry, and have liked all the meals with one exception and that was the Vegetarian Lasagne.
As I do not eat meat but eat fish I have still found the meals to be quite varied, and so far I have lost four pounds !!!! yippee. Just two more stone to go, if you say it quick it does not seem that much, and with Diet Chef I don't have to worry about the fat content they do it all for you.
I still count my calories for each day, and fill myself up with eating plenty of vegetables and I try to eat five portions of fruit a day.
I would definitely recommend the diet as a great starting point to learning about portion sizes I have realised my portion sizes were a bit on the hefty side.

Great service, prompt delivery as specified

We are really pleased with the computer, everything was as specified. Great communication with phone calls and emails alerting us to when the delivery was due.
