false information on website and very bad experience with after boking service

Take a look , they say on website ' When we offer you a holiday price that is the price you pay.No hidden extras,booking charges or price changes.' or 'What you see is what you pay'. Sound good isn't it. My original booking price was 817 euro but when I received invoice total price went up to 1220 euro. and what do you think? Would you be happy to deal with them again and can you trust their service?
And also I had very very bad experience with after booking service.I was overcharged 3 times from my original booking price ( 2 times for flights and 1 time for apartments.) and to solve this problem already took me 3 days and still didn't finished yet,because my few last calls were disconnected.Is it the way how they deal with a costumers? after long battle I received a half of overpayment and a girl from office says what they agreed to return 200 euro.It seems they did big favour and I have to be happy for that.No apologizes or answers why I have to fight for their mistakes? This booking already cost me an extra money and put me an awful stress.I won't recommend to anybody this experience. And I wish I never started this booking with lowcostholidays!
