This company is a joke... Customer service is none existent.
They mess up the delivery take it back to the depot, try to charge me a restocking charge, then lose the server I bought after waiting a month they just tell me I can have my money back, no offer to solve the situation, no interest in keeping me, the customer, happy. No solution to the disruption, all the phone calls.
My business has been on hold for a month waiting for these idiots sort out the issues
I have customers, if I treated them like Ebuyer have treated me, I wouldn't have a business.
My recommendation is, do not go near these idiots with a barge pole
