Never use then again

High pressure insurance sales techniques. I threatened to walk out on my last purchase. Will never use company again and would rather take a chance with an unknown on line company. I even had to pay for my lap top to be upgraded when the upgrade supplied did not work. I was told they had to charge something and agreed 50% off. Absolutely appalling service and I will never walk into their stores again.
