Avoid at all costs.

Don't be taken in by their cheap prices, or promises of good customer support - this company, it seems, is a sham.

Ordering a laptop, I was given a 4-6 day delivery window. Once ordered, the order status page then gave me 8-10 days. Those 10 working days have passed, and yet the order status is still 'on time'. Spending 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, an Indian lass answered, citing a 'delay' in getting it dispatched, as if it were a valid excuse.

'Next week' she pulled out of the air. Never going to happen. They don't have the stock, plain and simple. Getting a refund, or else my bank is getting involved.

DO NOT; I repeat DO NOT under any circumstance think of dealing with these jokers. I guarantee you, WAE+ will not exist in 6 months time.

Taking you for a ride

Paypal takes such a massive cut out of your transactions, it almost isn't worth it.

The way it should be

Item was out of stock, but they made sure to call and ask whether I would like to wait or cancel order (very cheap too). 5* for excellent and personal service - very helpful staff really care about you as a customer; it's like dealing with your local shop in the 1950s - brilliant!
