Musicians World

Family-owned shop, lovely people, great service!

A new shop in Haverfordwest, this is really the only music shop worth dealing with with if you're in Pembrokeshire, Cardiganshire or Carmarthenshire. A great selection of keyboards, stage pianos, drums, electric and acoustic guitars, as well as PA equipment. Even if they don't have what you need there, they're happy to get hold of it for you. They've got a great online store, which is really quite unique for a small shop.
They also hire out PA equipment and even have a Yamaha Music School downstairs, perfect if you're a beginner pianist, guitarist or drummer.
Seriously nice people to deal with, who will do whatever they can to help.

The ONLY online shop for cameras.

Brilliant customer service, great prices, free delivery.

And - get this - ordered Nikon D610 10am, arrived FROM HONG KONG the next day in UK. Brilliant.

Will charge you 20% to cancel order.

Don't buy from these, needed to cancel order, tried to charge me 20% of total order to cancel it - how they still exist is beyond me.

Great company.

Efficient, friendly, helpful - everything you want from a bed company.

Avoid at all costs.

Don't be taken in by their cheap prices, or promises of good customer support - this company, it seems, is a sham.

Ordering a laptop, I was given a 4-6 day delivery window. Once ordered, the order status page then gave me 8-10 days. Those 10 working days have passed, and yet the order status is still 'on time'. Spending 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call, an Indian lass answered, citing a 'delay' in getting it dispatched, as if it were a valid excuse.

'Next week' she pulled out of the air. Never going to happen. They don't have the stock, plain and simple. Getting a refund, or else my bank is getting involved.

DO NOT; I repeat DO NOT under any circumstance think of dealing with these jokers. I guarantee you, WAE+ will not exist in 6 months time.

Taking you for a ride

Paypal takes such a massive cut out of your transactions, it almost isn't worth it.

eBay takes such a huge cut, it's almost not worth selling on it.

The way it should be

Item was out of stock, but they made sure to call and ask whether I would like to wait or cancel order (very cheap too). 5* for excellent and personal service - very helpful staff really care about you as a customer; it's like dealing with your local shop in the 1950s - brilliant!
