Easy to fill the form online, had a phone call later for a quick check, very polite customer service rep, then job done, money in my account within the hour.

Poor delivery time, poor customer service !!
Delivery was way out of your estimates and although you admitted there was a delay in shipping your customer service response was poor and rude with no offer of a real apology or compensation or discount.
I expect better from companies with the technology that is available to yourselves. Thought I would try you instead of Petmeds my usual outlet because you were slightly cheaper but this was a wrong decision on my behalf.
Will never use you again or reccomend you to anyone.
