Dont rely on delivery

Easy to place order nice clear web site
reassuring to receive text/telephone message about delivery
However order placed on wrong lorry and was delayed for three days
When it arrived wrong toilet pan
were not impressed by customer services who said I would have to take a photo of the loo and send it to them before they exchanged it and that they probably would not exchange it as the company had probably changed the spec anyway
Was able to identify which loo they had sent in error by looking at the web site and asked for a replacement
Very pleased that the replacement arrived the next day(after another phone call that the delivery man was again lost)
Overall really good company as the goods ordered were excellent but I would shoot the delivery company
