Customer Service Par Excellence!

With the recent torrential rain I urgently needed a replacement for my unserviceable garden water butt pump.

My original supplier, B.& Q. were unable to help and their telephone manner in dealing with my request was bordering on flippant.

I found Keen Gardener on the web and they arranged next day delivery (no charge as order value exceeded £50.00) and I was given a preceise delivery time that was met. At all times they showed concern that my purchase was dealt with in a timely and polite manner.
