ok service, but lacks customer warmth

ok for certain items & services - but lacks any 'feel good factor' - very impersonal. HATE the 'alpha', 'gamma' teams etc - prefer to order online - that gives a good customer journey & is straightforward to use.

We are, of course, disappointed that Jay finds our service impersonal because whilst it true that it is essentially based around online ordering we have a large Customer Service Team monitoring orders and keen to answer any queries or problems over the phone. We will reflect on the comments and try hard to think about how we can bring in more of the 'feel good factor'.
