Secret Escapes
So far so good, but....
Just booked a holiday in Sardinia and I'm impressed with the process - except for one thing. My booking confirmation came through immediately but there were no flight details. I would have expected these to be included as standard information. A phone call is now needed, which kind of defeats the object of booking on-line.

Thank you for your review. With regards to your booking, we act as an agent for the supplier. When a customer places an order for a holiday they receive an automated booking notification from us. The supplier also receives a booking notification at the same time and books the holiday in and contacts the customer with the correct flight details. For this particular sale, the current flight times given by the supplier are in the Travel details section.
