I have been looking for Heavy Duty Tubular Latches for a while now, as I have heavy internal door handles and the srings are going on the current ones, I spoke to the customer services to check the measurments before ordering and she gave me the reference number for the part I required, I have oprdered enough for my house and replacements and had them delivered on the Tuesday, I got home form work that evening and replaced the ones that needed doing, and they are perfect, the customer service was great and delivery was as expected
