Generally pretty happy with the parcel delivery side, nothing has gone mising in over 1000 deliveries and almost all were delivered on time.
Not so good is the order confirmation, would be much better if they included the tracking number in the e-mail so I could forward it to my client. I have to enter it manually from the label which is time consuming and can cause errors. Also poor is their storage of documents, seem to be no longer available after a few weeks.
