Ryanair
I have always received good service because I know what to expect.
I like Ryanair because they have a unique selling point. They don't claim to be luxury or good value for taking 20 bags with you but to get from one place to another with just a carry on bag for really cheap then they are great.
Transair Flight Equipment
Good initial service, disappointed with amount of feedback.
I ordered 2 charts and an E6B from Transair on the 11th of May. I received one chart and the E6B a few days later which was great.
On my invoice email it was said that the other chart was out of stock and would follow. Fair enough I thought. A month later and I haven't heard a peep or received the chart.

Hello James, thanks for your comments although slightly misguided. The Scotland Chart you are waiting for, the new edition is due out on the 28th of June. We could have sent the current chart to you but this would have been out of date within the month. Sorry for the delay, however you woill receive the most up-to-date chart and not an out of date one.
