Cancelled my order after placing it when I realised that I would be contacted to make payment, having an online automated payment online, like PayPal would speed up the process and allow orders to be processed quicker.
Needed the items as soon as possible, and waiting a day to be contacted before the items were even ready to dispatch was just too long to wait on this occasion!
Please consider implementing an online payment solution, i think you would attract more customers who like paying that way.

We are currently in the process of updating our website and payment online will be included in this update. We are due to launch the update in the late summer 2012 and hope to see you back when it is launched.
