ordered two 3 piece bed room furniture sets.
received a text message delivery Thurs superb
only two side tables come
two days later text delivery Friday
two chests of draws come
contact them sorry its been sent by different couriers yet was collected from asda at same time
delivery company tells me we will deliver it when we say
contacted asda we will sort it
they arranged it for wrong day rang back told them then rearranged it
wardrobes turned up boxes all smashed in and ripped with footprints all over
one wardrobe was damaged
rang them they then said to return it i would have to dismantle everything and send it back for a new set
complained again same response
complained again we will compensate you and will call you back
receive email £20 e-voucher no apology
rang again once we receive the wardrobe back we will then send you another back out
sending all furniture back which they wont be able to resell as dismantling will result in it being damaged but they insist
£15 worth of phone calls 8hrs of my time and nothing to show for it
