Great quality product, slow slow slow service.

I always use 101 as their quality is always excellent but then it ought to be as its probably the most expensive print house I know of.
What really annoys me is the speed, or lack of, that they process orders. Considering the price I paid for the last thing I ordered I'd expect a turnaround of a few days, not a couple of weeks. After placing my order online thought their excellent website I waited for a bit and when I hadn't heard anyting from them for quite a while so I emailed them and lo and behold my item was being made that day and was due for delivery a few days after.
I would definitely use them again as I really like the end product but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it to be delivered.

Thanks for your feedback.

I'm glad your like your Perspex Print. In terms of turnaround time it clearly states on our website and in our FAQs on delivery that Perspex Prints (http://www.point101.com/perspex_prints/) take 8-10 working days to turnaround. Your print was shipped well within this time limit. Creating our Perspex Prints is a more complex procedure, which is also reflected in the price.

You'll find that the turn-around time for our other products are as follows:

Giclee Prints: Delivery in 1-3 working days. Priority service within 1-2 working days.
Canvas Prints: Delivery in 3-6 working days. Priority service in 1-2 working days.
Framed Prints: Delivery in 10-12 working days. Priority service in 5-7 working days.

I do hope this clears up any misconception about slow service, we respond very quickly to tight schedules for all our customers but can only delivery prints within the stated turnaround. We will certainly look into how we might speed up turnaround for Perspex Prints but it should be a product that you plan for well in advance.
