No replacement parts

Ordered new light, glass shattered when putting it up, not sure whether it was cracked without us noticing, emailed to see if we could buy a new shade and nobody bothered replying, can't find replacement shade anywhere else as appears to be from china so wont be buying from here again. I will buy where I know i can get replacement parts.
