This review only applies to the National Website. The Advertised Multi-buy discount is not factored in to the drop-down menu tyre prices. I telephoned the number on the website but was connected to my local branch. Local branch have nothing to do with website prices, so could not help me. I sent a message via email and received a reply saying someone would respond within 48 hours. Needless to say, no response received. If you are going to advertise a multi-buy price, let customers multi-buy for that price.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. MedicAnimal asked for full pet details; we have a dog… and they sent us medication for a cat. For the product we bought, their website doesn’t state the product is specially formulated for cats. We sent an email to them on 16.05.12 (message receipt received from them); no reply. Follow-up emails sent by us on 28.05.12, 06.06.12 and 07.06.12… and still no reply.
