useless and unprofessional

useless, just tried ordering using the site, order refused 30 minutes later!!!!!, so now ordered with just-eat and went through in seconds! oh well thought I would give you a try!

so after you declined the order 30 mins after I placed it, I used justeat who placed it directly (got straight through) and order arrived in 30 minutes. then they called me around 10 minutes after delivery to to say they just received the same order again but through you!!! 1hr 15mins after I placed it on your site and 45 mins after you cancelled it! what a joke and they agreed!

Will be checking my bank statement thoroughly to make sure I get my refund.

Exactly how deliveries should be

The told me what time they were coming, I was not in as I never am, got an email saying they failed to deliver with option to pick it up from their depo the next day!

Worst Delivery Company Ever!

I went and collected a phone for my wife on Friday morning from the depot as the company tried to deliver it twice ( well, tried as in the sense they put it on a van, drove round somewhere and never made it to my house and did not even bother trying!) even after around 8 phone calls to them (at my I am sure high expense, as each call involves at least 15 minutes on hold and then even less use once they do answer) with them confirming they will be delivering it 100% on Thursday without fail!

When I was at the depot I found people sitting next to phones refusing to answer them, delivery people THROWING Packages into metal trolleys, loads of packages laid out on the floor where the vans were parked.
