Good Delivery, Poor standard of Goods

I got my Knee strap , about Ten days ago it arrived the next day, which I thought was very good, I started to wear it ten minutes after it arrived. That night my knee was not as sore as it had been in years . I took it off at about 6-7pm , so I had been wearing it for about 7-8 hours. The next day I got up at about 6-30am , got washed put my strap on then got dressed at about 7-45am. Took my to older daughters to school in the car , came back home to pick up my other two daughters and my wife ( take 2 daughters to school & my wife to work) all by car. Came back home and had a well deserved cup of coffee. Sat down in my chair to drink it , when I was getting up from my chair I felt something cold and metal like going up my thigh. As I was the only one in the house I droped my trousers to see what was going on ! to my serprise; one of the metal supports was sticking out of the top of the strap. I took it off and looked at it , the sticthing at the top of the strap where the metal supports are was not stiched rite and had came apart. As it was helping me to feel like I could walk a bit safer I just sowed it myself, so I could wear it , later that day while I was walking from the car to the front door of my house ( about 15 steps ) I felt the cold metal support on my leg aqain, this time at the bottom of the strap but on the same side as before. I have sowed top & bottom of it now but have not as jet put it back on, because I have no confidence in it . Good product poor qualty!!!!!
