The actual furniture is good the problem is their delivery and trying to get through to someone in authority via their customer services. The telephone number is also a high rate number and so far it has cost us more than £15 to complain, 3 no shows when delivery was due and when raising the issue with their customer services all they say is that as a company they do not give any compensation. The owner does not go to the call centre/shops and is not contactable. It is a shame because as I say the furniture itself is good and we are pleased with it but once they have your money they don't really care. We have spent over £1,000 with them and all they offered us was to cancel the price of one delivery but that was because the item was out of stock and they sent us the wrong unit too which we insisted they collect which eventually they did although they wanted us to keep it for another month until the one we ordered was in stock and still its not been delivered!
