Poor customer service
I phoned ahead before submitting an order to check the curtain rings I wanted were the correct size. Having been told they were, even to the point the man assured me he had measured the diameter (both internal and external), I submitted my order for the solid brass curtain rings. They arrived promptly, however they were way too big, and no way matched my existing rings. I was really cross as I had spent time and effort to ensure they were right. I returned them and asked them to refund the postage as I had been completely misled by them.Guess what, no communication, no apology and no postage back!!!! I will never buy anything from these people again, because they lied and didn't have the decency to even apologise.

All curtain rings we sell on our website are advertised to fit the diameter of the curtain poles they are intended for, otherwise the measurements get very confusing and makes it hard to know which rings are intended for which curtain poles ect. It does state this in the specification on the product you purchased, however after reading your review I have been through the descriptions of our curtain rings in the hope this information comes across more clearly.
I’m sorry if there has been a miss understanding and I assure you it is not our intention to miss lead our customers with the wrong information.
