very poor service

ordered a canondale bike online - apparently 2 - 7 working days delivery.

heard nothing within a couple of days so dropped them an email - was told the bike would be a month, the next day got another email stating the bike would be another 3 months.

found another bike, a felt - was told it would be with them 3-4 days later. A week later it still hasnt arrived - apperently was due in today, but still not turned up. Given the lame excuse that they sometimes get late deliveries.

I could of got one direct from Jersey within 2 days.

A word of advice - go elsewhere if they dont have your item in stock, call them to check - their website doesnt show available stock, and you will be left hanging in the lurch.

Overall a very bad experience with them and will not be shopping there again
