Dated website but reliable company
I've used this Company before and had no problems. The website is a little dated and you have to start search again if you want to look at alternative vehicles. I ordered an SUV but there are 2 types offered by the rental company's. One is a ''Standard'' and the other ''Intermediate'' FloridaCarHire do not specify which one it is, however if you check the car type info it is apparent that it is the larger ''Standard'' grade. Prices have been poor for the past 3 years and I have been ordering my vehicles elsewhere. The prices currently are competetive so I have returned.

Good and Bad
Ordered these UV lamps and was informed they were not in stock, however payment had been taken. It took about a month to receive them. Was disappointed that the Company took severall prompts to answer my emails for delivery updates. On the day I cancelled the order they were dispatched. On the good side I could not buy these UV lamps in the UK, so very pleased I found someone who could supply them.

Great on-line car rental company
I very much like the company and never had a problem at collection. I have recently been using [Link] for my US rentals because you get an extra driver free with the [Link] option. I know that USrentacar have this available with [Link] but I don't like using [Link] as their service and cars are not as good.as say [Link].
