Better to complain via face book than the customer service link

Ordered two tyres plus inner tubes plus energy pack, they shipped the wrong size tyre, they did not inform me that the other items were out of stock, I had to find that out for myself through the order tracking facility on he web site when the items did not arrive. There is no contact number and question to customer services via the web took over two days to answer. As I needed the tyre Inthen and to spend considerable time sourcing them else where. If you have a problem use Facebook and they will answer quickly to try and get you off the public page.

The delay in response is not the normal service from Wiggle, at the moment we are experiencing a high traffic of emails and we are doing our best to catchup as quickly as possible. Your comment on having a phone service will be taken into consideration.

Regarding the clarity on site concerning stock, we are aware that this needs to be clearer for the customer and are developing this feature. I am pleased that we were able to help you on facebook as social media has become a means of supporting our customer.
