Customer Service second to none

Having chosen the printer I was looking to buy, I searched the internet for the cheapest retailer with respectable reviews/ratings.

printerland.co.uk fitted the bill so I placed the order through their website. Within the hour I'd received a phone call informing me that not only was the particular printer out of stock but that the manufacturer was facing supply problems and wasn't able to provide a back order date.

Fortunately, the sales lady was extremely helpful and well informed on various alternative options that might fit my requirements. When I did ask a question she didn't have the answer to (about linux drivers) she was quick to admit she didn't know but made the effort to call the manufacturer's representative and had got back to me within 5 minutes with an answer.

Moreover, the printer she recommended and which I eventually bought from them was more than a third cheaper than the one I thought I originally wanted!! Excellent service indeed. Next time I won't hesitate to order direct.
