Unbelievable...STILL waiting!!!

I ordered a part on 8 June. When it didn't arrive I was told I had rung the wrong number, even though this was the number on your site! I rang the new number I was given and had to be put through to a third telephone. I was told this time that you had to order the part from Mazda, and that it would come the following day, and that I would get it on Thursday. It is now Friday and your website still says "awaiting despatch". There has been no communication whatsoever...and no apologies. I wonder that you have any customers left. I shall certainly not deal with you again.
