Ordered what I thought were a pair of sunglasses, my mistake, realised just after I placed the order. Emailed them to ask if I had bought sunglasses or plain glasses, got no reply and still haven't. Emailed them again to say to cancel my order as I had ordered the wrong thing, no reply and still nothing to date. Next email I received was an email saying my purchase had been despatched. Eventually got a number from their return people and am now having to return them at my own cost.
Nothing wrong with the product just their admin.
Found what I wanted, saved £700 compared to our local garden store, delivered on time and even got me some extra ones when I found I did not have enough... Great service
