Order a pack of 4 toners for our office printer, 1 week later nothing has arrived. No one responds to my emails asking when my toner will be delivered. Having read the other reviews on this site, I now believe I have been scammed and nothing will arrive at all. This will result in our small business losing nearly £150, which we can't afford to lose. I have had to bring a little inkjet from home so we can print off customers invoices. I will now have to find another supplier and order the same items again, but this time I will be checking the reviews of any possible suppliers.

Prompt friendly service and excellent prices
We had tried a couple of other companies who were advertising a better price that Printerland, however when we called them they told us the printer we wanted was obsolete and we had to buy the much more expensive replacement. Printerland not only did not try to up-sell, but honoured the price promise by coming down to below their competitors prices. Richard was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. We ordered the printer on Friday afternoon, it arrived Monday afternoon.
I was very impressed with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Printerland to others.
