The price of my already discounted bike dropped another £100 between me ordering it and it being delivered. I contacted Wiggle, and they sorted me out with a £100 voucher straight away. This and the gold and platinum discounts which are automatically applied if you have bought £100 or £500 in the last year are great features. As with all shops, some things will be cheaper elsewhere, but generally their prices are very good, with some exceptional bargains.
I got the wetsuit I was looking for, £20 cheaper than anyone else had it for. It was sent quickly, well packed and kept informed about delivery. Not sure what else they could do to improve on this, other than send someone round to help me put the wetsuit on...? Highly recommended
