I'm the kind of guy that appreciates good service. My instinct therefore when wanting to buy this chair was a visit to John Lewis. I did and as expected, they were great. Unfortunately they had a 9 week lead time so, as I was suffering from serious back problems, I reluctantly looked elsewhere. Wellworking had the chair in stock an offered a 2-3 day delivery service. I was comforted by the professionalism of their website and took the plunge. From the moment I received a confirmation email through to the delivery vehicle gentle leaving my drive I was no less than gobsmacked at the quality of service I received. Continual updates by email, a confirmed day and then a confirmed 1hour slot. A call 10 mins prior to its arrival, a clean van, a smart driver who knew the product inside out. He spent half an hour showing me the features, discussing my back issues, setting the chair up exactly right for me, pointing out other thing about my office set up that could be altered to help. He cleared away all the packaging and then left with a smile and gave me details of the number to call should I have any questions or problems, no matter how small.
Absolutely perfect service - couldn't recommend them any higher than that.
