Very pleased with the process from order to delivery and the price was good too.

I have a cat recently diagnosed with kidney failure. We needed special diet food and pro-biotics fast.

I ordered late Fri. online. The website ordering process was easy as pie. I received email confirmation of dispatch on Mon. and delivery on Tues. Which was as per their delivery information.

Yes, it took 4 days but it did include a weekend so really only 2 days.

My only suggestion is the one thing I couldn't find in delivery options: That of next day delivery for those with, like us, an emergency situation.
