Terrible product from a terrible company

The product did not match the description on the website and the company were very poor at taking the goods back and giving me a refund or replying to emails. They changed the returns forms to say I had simply changed my mind about the product and I had to pay to return them by courier. Even when they eventually agreed to reimburse the cost they have not done so despite email reminders. Woud not buy from Playtimes or the parent company Rebo again.
