Product advertised in stock for immediate delivery

Product advertised on their web site as in stock so I placed the order only to be told that when Electric Shop received my order they tried to order it from the manufacturer only to be told it was not available!
A blatant example of a company deceiving people on there web site!

Please accept our apologies you have had cause to post a poor review.

We are a little confused as to the nature of your complaint as there is nothing to indicate the appliance was not in stock at the time of order, and at your request to have it delivered in July. I can see from the order this has been arranged.
