I previously had my insurance through Insure and Go and received a communication saying the policy was due to expire. I went on to their website just to get a quote. Within minutes of me switching off my tablet a young lady from Insure and Go was on the telephone explaining everything I needed and needless to say she got the business. She didn't try to push for a higher insured level and was extremely helpful. The only confusing thing I found was for which 'zone' you need. I thought I wanted worldwide when in fact I didn't. Maybe they should list the countries in each 'zone' so that you knew you had the correct cover. I can't obviously say how it would be if you had to claim which is why I have only given them a 4 star.
Terrible Call centre. Their operatives are very hard to understand and cann't answer any questions if it is not on there list of things to say. It took me five weeks to get my phone back working properly and the Call Centre kept arguing that all I needed to do was replug my phones. Eventually an engineer came and it was found my wires had disconnected from a telegraph pole. Come on BT return your Call Centre to the UK. I can assure you I am not the only person who feels this way.
