Fantastic Customer Service

Initially very happy with my iphone5 cover. Unfortunately a crack appeared on the lower part of the case after only 4 months of ownership. I'm pleased to report that presented no problem whatsoever - reported it to customer services and within 24 hours, they advised me that a replacement was on the way - courtesy of the lifetime warranty. Well Done "The Snugg" - keep up the great service!!!!
