Great product, easy to use but promotion upset.
I found the software so brilliant and easy to use that it was a joy to lay out the photobook. What did disappoint me was that a promotion appeared but when going in to it it did not include the large photobook of which I was about to order two at a cost of £150. However having uploaded the order, the VERY NEXT DAY, a promotion was sent to me by email giving 30% off large photo books. I telephoned the office but was told in no uncertain terms that they could not & would not back date promotions. This did rather ruin the experience. I asked the person I complained to if they would get their superior to phone me so I could discuss the matter with them. She said they would ring after 3pm that day - they never did call. Their customer relations needs reviewing in order to make it as good as their software. I shall continue to use the service but I AM NOT HAPPY with this experience. I have now received the photobooks and they are brilliant.
