Hotel Direct
Could not have been better
As a party of 4 I used Hotel Direct to book for three nights in London, taking in the show Warhorse. We stayed at the Thistle Marble Arch.
Everything about the trip was excellent. It was value for money, the hotel was brilliant in both service & location. We had brilliant seats for the theatre & the show Warhouse was fantastic.
I will certainly use Hotel Direct in the future.
Charlies Direct
Excellent Service
I wanted to order some Boston Bookcases for our church. I found these on other web sites, but reviews for those companies were so bad I did not want to risk it. I then found Charlies Direct & found them to be very helpful. They told me at the outset that the items came directly from the manufacturer & there was about a 4 week delay. It was actually a few days more but they always sent me an email to inform me. My order was looked after by Rosa who so helpful from day one. One shelf was damaged & within a few days a replacement was sent..
This company provides high tec service with good old fashioned customer service
