I placed my first order with Steamlite for a family kit and received it without any problems. I went on to place a bigger order worth £150 but did not receive my full order! The missing items were around £40 worth. I tried live chat who made out that I was a liar, then sent them images as proof and an additional 3 emails - all of which were ignored! Luckily I could prove that they had not sent the full order as it would not have been possible to fit it all in the package bag. Eventually I registered a dispute against them with Paypal - which thankfully they knew they wouldnt win and agreed to refund me the £40. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY, if I had not had proof then they may not have agreed to the refund.
