Awful, Dishonest and Damaged my Phone

I sent my phone to Envirofone because the amount offered was slightly more than other sites including Mazuma who I have used a few times with no issues. I always wrap my phones in bubble wrap and cardboard and then inside a jiffy bag. They contacted me after receiving my phone saying the phone was faulty! And they had the cheek to offer me half the money. I refused and requested the phone returned. After I sent my phone (at expense) via special delivery, they will send it back standard delivery and up to 10 working day return, ridiculous. I received the phone a few days later. And NOT to my surprise the phone functioned perfectly well. Although it did have 2 very large scratches on the screen which were not there previously. So now my option of selling is nil. So I sent it to Mazuma, hand delivered and had the money in my account 3 hours later! Something to be learned I think.

Quick and Easy

I used Mazuma a few times in the past, never had a problem. This time Envirophone was offering more money. So of course I switched and sent off my phone via special delivery. They (Envirophone) contacted me after receiving my phone said it was faulty and offered me half the money. I was using this phone up until I posted it; wrapped in bubblewrap and cardboard. I refused the amount, and the phone was returned, SCRATCHED! I checked Mazuma, the offer was a little less, but didn't even have the option of selling now it was damaged. Anyway I hand delivered it to Mazuma, they checked it and I had the money in my account within 3hrs from drop off! Superb service, highly recommended. Please don't use anyone else.
