Good customer service

Well, I ordered a Military style boot and opted for a standard delivery and was expecting to be delivered in 3 days. However they have dispatched through express next day delivery which was indeed great. But it didn't work for me as the parcel company delivered it to an incorrect address and i had not tracked until the 3rd day which was on a weekend. I had raised a complaint on the 5th day and the parcel company was not co-operative at all as I was not the sender. The store was prompt in response and provided me with replacement boot for the lost parcel. I was very pleased except for the long delay in getting the replacement which was given after convincing that i have not received the parcel. Maybe I was to be blamed in part for this kerfuffle, as i did not check the tracking regularly rather waited for 3 days. Rest assured everything from ordering to product quality was excellent.
