poor after sales

my kid order goods for fathers day, paid extra to ensure delivery, but still arrived late, yes they refunded postage but my kid had to buy an extra present, so she still lost out. top tip don't depend on amazon you may be disappointed

poor customer service, no complaints method, charges to call

just had a 15 min call to microsoft, problem with office 2007 validation, this cost me money to some indian call centre no real help outside their script. I feel ripped off by mr gates, no easy way to complain or remedy,emails go to auto reply service so nobody reads them. Iv,e had enough of poor service and rip off microtheft, gonna buy from apple from now on . what a choice ! someone needs to put these people out of business let the good guys have a chance

prices have gone up

fast service but price has gone up , bags got smaller last year 15kg down to 14kg, this time price has gone up from 37 to 40 odd a bag, i accept that price rises occur but fed up with taking it on the chin, looking else where now

We do apologise for the recent small increase in the cost of this item from £38.95 to £40.53, but we had an increase in the cost to us from our supplier and because the margins are so tight we had to pass this on. "Very pricey" seems a little harsh when the RRP is £50.95 and we also deliver the item for the price quoted above! I'm confident you will still find us to be very well priced on this item compared to our competition. The price was clearly stated before purchase, if you were not happy with it, maybe you should not have purchased it?
