Truly awful company
They sent me an empty cardboard box that should have contained a camera. It was sealed on the top but not on the bottom but apparently it was my fault so no replacement and no refund. My bank eventually refunded me but I will never shop at Pixmania again however low their prices!!

Liars!
They sell you a "package" with a 30 day cooling off period. If you decide within the 30 days you want to cancel your contract they tell you that half your contract has 30 days cooling off and the other half has 14 days. Come on, a package is a package. How can I cancel my telephone line but keep the broadband...... Duh!!
Dyson
Rubbish products!
Finally was persuaded away from Miele to buy a £250+ Dyson. Was ok on hard floors but picked up zilch on a deep pile carpet. Perhaps they should let you know this on their advertising!!!

Robin Hood springs to mind...
BT rip off anyone who lives in a rural area that wants broadband and unfortunately they are often the only supplier. Nightmare!

Brilliant company!
I just love Amazon - you can purchase most things here but what is outstanding is their customer service. It is absolutely second to none which is a rare commodity these days, particularly in the large organisations. Well done Amazon!

There are many companies online to choose from. This is the second or third time I have used OKI Buyer and have received a good service from them. Your order is acknowledged and dealt with quickly and delivery was received in 1-2 days. Queries are dealt with efficiently and quickly by email which is a plus!
